Thanks so much for your interest in our property, the Glass House and the BVI. I’m Jeremy Delk, the host of Glass House.
We get a lot of questions that are also on the website, but we wanted to share this short video with you to tell you a little bit about the property, and what you can expect. We are a week to week our rental. So its a check in on Saturday and a check out on Saturday. The house is a four bedroom, four bath. We have two identical master suites on the second floor with balconies. And sliding glass doors that go out and have beautiful ocean views. Full all marble shower and a huge soaking tub, that’s big enough for two people with views of beautiful white bay downstairs. You have another master suite with its own ensuite bathroom as well. And the fourth bedroom is a kid’s room (a bunk room. Adults can sleep there, but if you’re traveling with two or three families, it’s great. You’ve got two full size beds and two singles there as well. And kids absolutely love the built in bunk bed thing. The dining room has seating for 12 people on a very huge rescued 12 foot solid wood table. We have a full kitchen with Viking appliances
And a really good grill outside with the searing station. So you can make beautiful food there as well. We have TVs in every bedroom, high speed WIFI, Netflix and full satellite TV, 70 foot wide all glass doors to ensure the first floor living space, which is a living dining and kitchen area that no view ever goes unmissed. We do have Bluetooth speakers, I think two or three of them at the house. You can go outside – keep one inside, keep one outside. They’re easy to pair and are charged up and they’re right there for you. Ice maker, as well as full washer and dryer should you need to do laundry there. We have a beautiful Infiniti edge pool that is looking out at the gorgeous view of White Bay.
We just put a heater in, if you really need a heater. You really don’t need one, but we do have a heater. There’s an initial charge for it, but you can talk to Lydia and get that turned on for you in advance. If you do like it’s a great, beautiful infinity edge pool. I think we had a big party for the construction guys after we finished. I think we had 28 guys in there. Don’t recommend it, but it is possible. So it’ll definitely accommodate you and your family. We’ve got six really cool bar stools that are setting out, to get a little bit of a back massage as you’re looking at the view. If you get just at the right angle, looks like the sailboats are actually in the pool with you, which is pretty cool.
We matched the pool, the surface of the pool. So it’s the exact same color as the ocean and White Bay. So depending on where the clouds are, the pool water will be exactly the same as what you see in White Bay, which is kind of a cool little feature that we did. The newest edition is the sandbar. We’ve got our own little beach bar, down where you can have beautiful swings, hang out with your friends and enjoy a little place to get outside the sun and take in the view ocean side. We have a full range of water toys from standup paddle boards and boogie boards, as well as snorkel and fin gear for you to go out and check the ocean life in White Bay. We look at Glasshouse as our home, away from home.
It’s definitely our little piece of paradise and we’re excited to share that with you. The pictures don’t do it justice. So I think once you get down here, you’ll be able to see that for yourself.
